About the Work

Our days are spent in gardens, planting, pruning, maintaining, and improving outdoor spaces for our clients. We work thoughtfully and efficiently, always with an eye toward long-term plant health and seasonal rhythms.

This role is hands-on and physical, but also deeply rewarding. We value curiosity, reliability, and a willingness to learn just as much as prior experience.

You’ll work alongside Mil, Melissa, and a small, dedicated crew who care about one another and the work we do. We believe in clear communication, mutual respect, and creating a positive, supportive environment both for our team and for the clients we serve.

Hours & Seasonal Schedule

Because gardening follows the seasons, our schedule does too:

• Spring hours: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM

• High summer hours: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM

We work Monday through Friday during daylight hours. Schedules may shift slightly based on weather and seasonal needs.
